Common use of Confirmation of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Appointment. We hereby confirm that we have been appointed as the manager of m.v. [Q Arion] [Q Ioanari] [Q Jake] [Q ▇▇▇▇] (the “Ship”) registered under the flag of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands in the name of the Owner pursuant to a management agreement dated [1 August 2011] [14 September 2011] [2 May 2011] [11 June 2012] (the “Management Agreement”) made between ourselves and the Owner and that we have accepted our appointment thereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
