Confirmation of Authenticity. The date of the initial mailing of the Notice Packet and the date the signed request for exclusion is postmarked shall be conclusively determined according to the records of the Settlement Administrator. If there is a question about the authenticity of a signed request for exclusion, the Settlement Administrator may demand additional proof of the Class Member’s identity. Any Class Member who returns a timely and valid executed request for exclusion will not participate in or be bound by the Settlement and Judgment, will not receive an Individual Settlement Share, and will not have any right to object,
