Common use of Confirmation of class Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of class. A Certificate of Confirmation of Class for hull and machinery confirming that the Vessel is classed with the highest class applicable to vessels of its type with Det Norske Veritas or such other classification society as may be acceptable to the Agent.

Confirmation of class. A In respect of each Collateral Vessel, a Certificate of Confirmation of Class for hull and machinery confirming that the relevant Collateral Vessel is classed with the highest class applicable to vessels of its her type with Det Norske Veritas or such other classification society as may be acceptable to the AgentLender free of recommendations affecting class.
