Common use of Confirmation of Commencement and Termination Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Commencement and Termination. The Landlord and the Tenant shall, at the Landlord’s or Tenant’s request, after (a) the commencement of the Term and (b) the expiration of the Term or any earlier termination of this Lease, confirm in writing that, respectively, such commencement or such termination has occurred, setting forth therein the Commencement Date and/or the Termination Date.
