Confirmation of Commencement and Termination. Landlord and Tenant shall upon either’s prior written request therefor, within fifteen (15) days after, respectively, (a) the commencement of the Term, and (b) the expiration of the Term or any earlier termination of this Lease by action of law or in any other manner, confirm in writing by instrument in recordable form that, respectively, such commencement or such termination has occurred, setting forth therein the Commencement Date and the Termination Date. The failure of either Landlord or Tenant to deliver such written confirmation shall not in any way be deemed or constitute an Event of Default under this Lease.
