Common use of Confirmation of Order Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Order. Associates (Executives) and customers who order and receive Essanté Organics products must confirm the product received matches the product listed on the shipping invoice, and is free of damage. Failure to notify Essanté Organics of any shipping discrepancy or damage within thirty (30) days of shipment will cancel the Associate’s (Executive’s) and customer’s right to request a correction.
