Common use of Confirmation of Order Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Order. a. The signatory to the agreement contract warrants that they are duly authorized on the hirers behalf to enter into the agreement contract and hereby personally indemnifies Soundstage One against all losses, and costs that may be incurred by Soundstage One if this is not the case. b. Any order or instruction required to be given to Soundstage One by the hirer shall be given by them or their duly authorized agent in writing, c. Any subsequent additions to the order by the hirer should be provided in writing, if given orally it shall be confirmed to Soundstage One in writing as soon as possible but no later than within three days. d. Soundstage One will not be liable for the consequences of any omissions, delays, inaccuracies or misunderstandings resulting from any order or instructions by the hirer not received by Soundstage One in writing or so confirmed.
