Common use of Confirmation of Representations Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Representations. In addition to and not in limitation of the covenants and agreements of Borrower contained in Section 7.1, Borrower shall deliver, in connection with any Securitization Transaction, one or more Officer's Certificates certifying as to the accuracy of all representations made by Borrower in the Loan Documents as of the date of the closing of such Securitization Transaction or specifying any changes in the accuracy of such representations.

Confirmation of Representations. In addition to and not in limitation of the covenants and agreements of Borrower contained in Section 7.1, Borrower shall deliver, in connection with any Securitization TransactionSecuritization, one or more Officer's Certificates certifying to such officer's actual knowledge, as to the accuracy in all material respects of all representations made by Borrower in the Loan Documents as of the date of the closing of such Securitization Transaction or specifying any changes in the accuracy of such representationsClosing Date.
