The Lessor confirms that on the above referenced Aircraft was duly returned by the Lessee and accepted by the Lessor in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Lease. This Certificate of Redelivery is executed and delivered without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the parties under the Lease that, by their terms, expressly survive the termination, cancellation or expiration thereof.
