Common use of Confirmatory Certificate Clause in Contracts

Confirmatory Certificate. If requested by L▇▇▇▇▇, L▇▇▇▇▇ shall have received a certificate dated the date of such requested Loan and signed by a duly authorized representative of Borrower as to the matters set out in Section 11.2.1 (it being understood that each request by B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the making of a Loan shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by Borrower that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 11.2.1 will be satisfied at the time of the making of such Loan), together with such other documents as Lender may reasonably request in support thereof.
