Common use of Conflict in Terms Clause in Contracts

Conflict in Terms. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other Agreement or disclosure related to your accounts or any statement by our employees or agents, this Agreement shall control as to the subject matter addressed herein. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, these General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all services described in this Agreement. To the extent that Regulation E or the Electronic Funds Transfer Act do not apply to any service, the disclosures in this Agreement required by Regulation E or the Electronic Funds Transfer Act shall not apply to such service. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and any service-specific terms below, the service-specific terms shall control.
