Conflict of Documents. In the event of any ambiguity, conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the Assigned Agreement with regard to the purposes of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern with respect to the purposes of this Agreement to the extent of such ambiguity, conflict or inconsistency.
