Conflict of Interest Includes. For the purposes of this Article, a conflict of interest includes any circumstances where: (a) the Service Manager; or (b) any person who has the capacity to influence the Service Manager’s decisions, has outside commitments, relationships or financial interests that could, or could be seen to, interfere with the Service Manager’s objective, unbiased and impartial judgment relating to the Program, the use of the Funds, or both.
