Conflict of Interests; Representatives Not Individually Liable. No official or employee of District shall participate in any decision relating to this Agreement which affects his personal interests or the interests of any District of Columbia agency, partnership, or association in which he is, directly or indirectly, interested. No official or employee of District shall be personally liable to Developer or any successor-in-interest in the event of any default or breach by District or for any amount which may become due to Developer or such successor-in-interest or on any obligations hereunder.
