Conflict with Contract Documents. Wherever the terms of this Agreement conflict with any Purchase Order issued pursuant to it or any other contract documents, including proposals submitted by CONTRACTOR, this Agreement will prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, proposals and any other documents submitted by CONTRACTOR are not incorporated into this Agreement, unless expressly stated otherwise.
