Conflict With Laws. 2.4.1 If any provision of this Agreement or any application of the Agreement to any Employee or group of Employees or the Employer shall be found contrary to law, then such provision or application will not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or application will continue in full force and effect. 2.4.2 The parties will attempt to renegotiate any provision of this Agreement that is found to be contrary to law. Any provision of this Agreement that is found to be contrary to law, but becomes legal during the life of this Agreement, will take immediate effect as soon as permitted by law.
