Conflicting Advice. In case of conflict between directions, advice or Oral or Written Instructions received by Custodian pursuant to subparagraph (a) of this paragraph and advice received by Custodian pursuant to subparagraph (b) of this paragraph, Custodian shall be entitled to rely on and follow the advice received pursuant to subparagraph (b) alone.
