Conflicts Between Agreements. If the terms of this Contract conflict with the terms of any other contract between the Parties, the most recent contract shall prevail. This Contract provides a general description of certain terms within the DIR Shared Services Contracts. If the terms of this Contract conflict with the terms of the DIR Shared Services Contracts, the DIR Shared Services Contracts’ terms shall prevail. If the terms of this Contract conflict with the terms of an accepted proposal or solution from a Request for Services, this Contract shall prevail.
