Common use of Conflicts Between Agreements Clause in Contracts

Conflicts Between Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, as to any conflict between the terms and provisions of the Authorized Lease and the obligations and responsibilities of Owner or Manager under this Agreement, to the extent legally permissible, the terms and provisions of the Authorized Lease shall control. Any consent or approval of the Management Agreement by Landlord or the City of New Orleans shall not be construed as a waiver of the provisions of the Authorized Lease, nor shall such consent or approval require any additional actions or impose any additional duties or obligations on Landlord or the City of New Orleans.
