Common use of Conflicts/Inconsistencies Clause in Contracts

Conflicts/Inconsistencies. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the Contract and these Terms and Conditions (“Contract”) and the terms of Contractor’s Quote/Proposal, the terms of the Contract shall prevail over the Contractors Quote. It is further agreed that District's attachment of the Contractors Quote/Proposal shall not constitute a modification, amendment or limitation of any term or condition of the Contract unless such term or condition is expressly set forth in writing in this Contract.
