Common use of Conflicts of Laws Clause in Contracts

Conflicts of Laws. As between the City and the District, in the administration of this Agreement, in the event that there is a conflict in the laws that govern the City and the laws that govern the District, the parties shall take such actions as necessary to comply all of the laws that govern either party.
