CONFLICTS OR INCONSISTENCIES. In all events events, this Agreement will govern and prevail as among the Parties in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Organizational Organisational Documents of the Company or any other member of the Group; provided that the Parties will as soon as practicable amend such Organisational Documents to remove such conflict or inconsistency and reflect the principles set forth in this Agreement, to the extent permitted or required by law.
