Common use of Conflicts with Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Conflicts with Original Indenture. To the extent that any provision of this Ninth Supplemental Indenture conflicts with the Original Indenture, the provisions of this Ninth Supplemental Indenture will (except as may be otherwise required by the Trust Indenture Act) govern and be controlling.
