Conformance to All Laws. DIRECTV and Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county and municipal laws, codes, rules, regulations in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to, in the case of Contractor, obtaining all of the necessary licenses and permits required of Contractor by the municipality and state in which the work is being performed and complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
