CONFORMANCE WITH STATE LAW. Sublessee shall not violate any Federal, State or local law, or rule or regulation of the Student Center, the Trustees, or of California State University, Stanislaus. In conjunction with and/or in addition to, the following shall be complied with by Sublessee: A. Sublessee and its employees shall not discriminate against persons on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, medical condition, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, covered veteran status, or any other protected status. B. Sublessee shall obtain and keep in force all appropriate City, Health Department, County and/or State Licenses, insurance at Sublessee’s own expense, required for the operation of the aforementioned business.

CONFORMANCE WITH STATE LAW. 50.1: If State law is amended on a mandatory basis that would affect any provision in this contract, the contract shall be automatically amended to conform with the law on the effective date of such law.

CONFORMANCE WITH STATE LAW. During the term of this lease, Lessee shall operate the premises described in conformance with all applicable policies of Trustees and SJSU which are currently in effect or which may be adopted hereafter. Further, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to operate as an organization in good standing. Violation of this section shall subject Lessee to termination of this lease unless the violation is corrected within 30 days of written notice from the Chancellor.

CONFORMANCE WITH STATE LAW. If part of this policy does not comply with the laws of the state in which it is written, that part is amended to comply with those laws.

CONFORMANCE WITH STATE LAW. This Agreement shall be deemed amended where necessary to conform with the statutory provisions of the state(s) in which Agent is transacting business.

CONFORMANCE WITH STATE LAW. The General Contractor shall be acquainted with and required by contract to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including without limitation Title 24, Part 1, CCR, section 4-343 and CCR Titles 8 and 17; and all State labor, wage and hour, apprentice, and other applicable provisions, including without limitation, prevailing wage laws and Developers shall include in the contract with the General Contractor those provisions required by law to be included in that contract, procurement of a performance bond, and all requirements for the Elementary School to qualify for funding by the State School Facility Program (“SFP”), including, but not limited to, compliance with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (“DVBE”) participation goals.
