Connection Failures. WPaaS will not be able to make calls if End User loses the connection to Sprint’s network. Due to internet congestion and network design issues, 9-1-1 calls placed through WPaaS may sometimes produce a busy signal, experience unexpected answering wait times, take longer to answer than 9-1-1 calls placed through traditional telephone networks or may not connect at all.
