Connetics Representations and Warranties. Connetics hereby represents and warrants that: (a) To Connetics' knowledge as of the Effective Date, the Licensed Technology practiced as permitted herein does not infringe on any intellectual property rights owned by any Third Party. (b) Connetics possesses the necessary interest, title and right to the Licensed Technology to grant the licenses and to make the assignments to InterMune hereunder.
