Consecutive Weeks Vacation. (a) Employees will be entitled to take two (2) continuous weeks of their vacation in either June, July or August. (b) Employees entitled to three (3) or more weeks vacation will be entitled to take three
Consecutive Weeks Vacation. (a) Employees will be entitled to take two (2) continuous weeks of their vacation in either June, July or August. (b) Employees entitled to three (3) or more weeks vacation will be entitled to take three (3) continuous weeks every second (2nd) year provided that this does not result in more than two (2) employees taking overlapping vacations during the summer. (c) The Company will also attempt but will not guarantee three, for those not eligible under (b) above, four or five consecutive weeks vacation to eligible employees. (d) Employees may accumulate vacation credits so that an extended vacation may be taken subject to mutual agreement between the Company and the employee.

  • Weeks Any leave of absence for maternity, paternity or adoption that results from the birth or adoption of a child(ren) that is medically necessary as evidenced by an attending physician’s statement is covered by the sick leave provisions of this Agreement. The attending physician’s statement shall be submitted to the District concerning the medical circumstances that require the leave. Employees may access their earned sick leave during parenting leave up to twelve (12) weeks or the time specified by their physician. Leaves to care for children in excess of twelve (12) weeks that are not medically necessary may qualify as personal leaves of absence.

  • consecutive months If the Employer extends an individual employee’s trial service period, the Employer will provide the employee with written reasons for the extension. Employees in an in-training appointment will follow the provisions outlined in Subsection 4.3 E.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no later than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned. Following the completion of six (6) months of service, the employee shall be entitled to use earned paid vacation.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
