Common use of Consent of Exchange to Amendment Clause in Contracts

Consent of Exchange to Amendment. This Agreement may not be modified, changed, discharged, terminated or amended except by written instrument executed by the Parties. Once the Issuer’s common shares are listed on the Exchange then the Exchange must approve any such amendment to this Agreement.
