Common use of Consent Requirement Clause in Contracts

Without the prior written consent of the Seller, neither Receiving Party nor its Representatives shall communicate (regarding the Property or the Seller) with (a) any management company retained by Seller to manage the Property (or any assets located thereon), (b) any tenant, subtenant, or other occupant of any asset located on the Property, (c) any lender (or any loan participant of any such lender) to the Seller,
