Consent to Alterations. In giving consent to any alteration, the Lessor may impose any condition, including, but not limited to, a condition that: 1. the work be carried out: a) in accordance with drawings or specifications approved by the Lessor; or b) under the supervision of the Lessor's architect or other consultant; 2. the Lessee pays the costs and fees of the Lessor in supervising or inspecting the work; and 3. the Lessor requires the Lessee to carry out other work to or in the Premises as a consequence of the alteration, addition, demolition or installation requested by the Lessee; but in regard to the installation, alteration or addition of partitioning within the Premises, the consent of the Lessor may not be unreasonably withheld.
