Consent to Alterations. Landlord hereby consents to the making of the Alterations by Tenant provided the Alterations are constructed in a good and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-like manner and lien free condition and in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules, covenants and agreements governing the Premises (collectively “Applicable Law”).
