Common use of Consent to Alterations Clause in Contracts

Consent to Alterations. Tenant may make any interior non-structural alterations, replacements, additions, changes and improvements to the Building that Tenant, in its sole discretion, deems advisable. Subject to the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, Tenant may, at its sole cost and expense, make any alterations, replacements, additions, changes, and improvements (collectively referred to in this Article as " Alterations") to the Building and the Premises, other than interior non-structural Alterations, as it may find necessary or convenient for its purposes, so long as complete copies of all architectural plans and specifications relating to any such Alterations are delivered to Landlord at the time of Tenant's request for Landlord's consent. Landlord shall respond within ten (10) days of Tenant's request for such Alterations and Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent thereto.
