Common use of Consent to Communications Clause in Contracts

Consent to Communications. Because the Services are provided electronically, you agree that Melio may provide important information electronically. Melio will issue the following information and disclosures (“collectively, “Communications”) electronically via the Melio Services or via electronic mail (“email”): • This Agreement, the Melio Privacy Policy, any other policies you agree to, and any amendments, modifications, or supplements to these agreements or policies; • Disclosures or notices provided in connection with the Services, including any required by applicable law; • Any customer service communications, including communications with respect to claims of error or unauthorized use of the Services; • Transaction history information, and • Any other communications related to the Services or your Account. Your consent to do business electronically and our agreement to do so covers all transactions you conduct through the Service.
