CONSENT TO MODIFICATION. In reliance upon the representations, warranties and covenants set forth herein by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, but subject to the satisfaction of the conditions in Section 5 below, Lender hereby consents to this Agreement as of the Modification Effective Date. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consent to this Agreement is not intended to be, and shall not be construed as, a consent to any subsequent request or action which requires ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consent pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents.
