Common use of Consent to Notification Clause in Contracts

Consent to Notification. The Executive understands and agrees that the Company may notify any entity with whom the Executive is providing, or is attempting to provide, services of the existence and the terms of the restrictive covenants in this Agreement and may provide a copy of such covenants to such entities.
