Consent to Receive Push Notifications. You consent to Viasat sending you push notifications or other types of messages sent directly to you through this Application (collectively, “Push Notifications”). Viasat may deliver Push Notifications to you whether or not you are currently logged-into or using the Application and whether or not your device is in locked or in sleep mode. You may discontinue Push Notifications through the Application’s or your device’s settings or by deleting the Application.

Consent to Receive Push Notifications. You consent to Viasat sending you push notifications or other types of messages sent directly to you through this Application (collectively, “Push Notifications”). Viasat may deliver Push Notifications to you whether or not you are currently logged-into or using the Application and whether or not your device is in locked or in sleep mode. Push Notifications are a way for the Application to provide you information, including alerts concerning your Viasat Internet service account, and Viasat may use any information about your Viasat Internet service account to send you such Push Notifications. Push Notifications may include, but are not limited to, (i) notifications permitting you to purchase additional data if you reach your maximum internet data usage threshold in a given month and (ii) notifications if you are past due on your Viasat Internet account, which such notifications will include the option for you to pay your ▇▇▇▇ using the Application (if you have a valid payment method on file with Viasat) or to use Viasat’s EasyPay system to make a one-time online payment. You may discontinue Push Notifications through the Application’s or your device’s settings or by deleting the Application.

  • Waiver of Notice and Demand The Guarantor hereby waives notice of acceptance of this Guarantee and of any liability to which it applies or may apply, presentment, demand for payment, any right to require a proceeding first against the Issuer or any other Person before proceeding against the Guarantor, protest, notice of nonpayment, notice of dishonor, notice of redemption and all other notices and demands.

  • Consent to Recording Each party hereto consents to the monitoring or recording, at any time and from time to time, by the other party of any and all communications between officers or employees of the parties, waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording, and agrees to notify its officers and employees of such monitoring or recording.

  • Certain Notifications At all times from the date hereof to the Closing Date, each party shall promptly notify the others in writing of the occurrence of any event that will or may result in the failure to satisfy any of the conditions specified in Article 8 hereof.

  • Acknowledgement and Consent to Bail-In of EEA Financial Institutions Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Loan Document or in any other agreement, arrangement or understanding among any such parties, each party hereto acknowledges that any liability of any EEA Financial Institution arising under any Loan Document, to the extent such liability is unsecured, may be subject to the write-down and conversion powers of an EEA Resolution Authority and agrees and consents to, and acknowledges and agrees to be bound by: (a) the application of any Write-Down and Conversion Powers by an EEA Resolution Authority to any such liabilities arising hereunder which may be payable to it by any party hereto that is an EEA Financial Institution; and (b) the effects of any Bail-in Action on any such liability, including, if applicable: (i) a reduction in full or in part or cancellation of any such liability; (ii) a conversion of all, or a portion of, such liability into shares or other instruments of ownership in such EEA Financial Institution, its parent undertaking, or a bridge institution that may be issued to it or otherwise conferred on it, and that such shares or other instruments of ownership will be accepted by it in lieu of any rights with respect to any such liability under this Agreement or any other Loan Document; or (iii) the variation of the terms of such liability in connection with the exercise of the write-down and conversion powers of any EEA Resolution Authority.

  • Annual Notification of Rights If the LEA has a policy of disclosing Education Records and/or Student Data under FERPA (34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)), LEA shall include a specification of criteria for determining who constitutes a school official and what constitutes a legitimate educational interest in its annual notification of rights.
