Consent to Use Electronic Signatures Communications and Statements. 1.1. Your Consent to Electronic Signatures. By accepting this Agreement, you understand that: (i) electronically signing and submitting any document(s) to Synapse legally binds you in the same manner as if you had signed in a non-electronic form, and (ii) the electronically stored copy of your signature, any written instruction or authorization and any other document provided to you by Synapse is considered to be a true, accurate and complete record, legally enforceable in any proceeding to the same extent as if such documents were originally generated and maintained in printed form. You agree not to contest the admissibility or enforceability of Synapse’s electronically stored copy of this Agreement and any other documents.

  • Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this Contract by accessing State of Indiana Supplier Portal using the secure password assigned to me and by electronically submitting this Contract to the State of Indiana.   • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.

  • Facsimile and Electronic Signatures The use of facsimile or other electronic signatures affixed in the name and on behalf of the Transfer Agent, if any, on certificates or other documents (if uncertificated) representing Shares is expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Counterparts and Electronic Signatures This Settlement Agreement may be executed in counterparts. Electronic, facsimile or photocopied signatures shall be considered as valid signatures.
