Consent to Use Personal Information. 1. When the Landlord agrees to use the Agent’s services, he agrees that the Agent may use information given, including information about the Landlord, for the purposes of performing the Agent’s obligations to the Landlord. 2. The Landlord agrees that the Agent may supply such information as is reasonably required to the Scheme. The Landlord agrees that the Scheme, or the government department responsible for the Scheme, may contact the Landlord from time to time to ask the Landlord to participate in surveys. If at any time the Landlord does not wish the Scheme to contact him for that purpose, the Landlord should write to the Scheme as explained in the Scheme Leaflet (see ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇).
