Common use of Consents and Authorizations; Invoices Clause in Contracts

Consents and Authorizations; Invoices. Owner shall be responsible, with the Management Personnel’s reasonable assistance, as and when requested, as an Operating Expense, for obtaining all necessary approvals, consents, licenses and authorizations as may be required by Applicable Law or otherwise, to make payments due, in such currencies and to such locations, as provided for in this Agreement and the other Hyatt Agreements. Hyatt shall be responsible to provide invoices to Owner for the amounts due to Hyatt and its Affiliates under this Agreement in accordance with Applicable Laws.
