Common use of Consents of Other Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Consents of Other Third Parties. The Parties shall have received and ----------------------------------- delivered to the appropriate other Parties or Party all requisite consents and -- approvals of all lenders, lessors, and other third parties whose consent or approval is required in order for the Parties to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, or in order to permit the continuation after the Closing of the business activities of the Company in the manner such business is presently carried on by it. Each Party shall have received copies of any necessary written consent(s) to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein.
