Common use of Consents of Other Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Consents of Other Third Parties. SGO, NetSol Pvt, and NetSol UK shall have received and delivered to Mirage all requisite consents and approvals of all lenders, lessors, and other third parties whose consent or approval is required in order for SGO, NetSol Pvt, and NetSol UK to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, or in order to permit the continuation after the Closing of the business activities of NetSol Pvt and NetSol UK in the manner such business is presently carried on by them. Mirage shall have received copies of any necessary written consent(s) to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein.
