Consequences for Failure to Follow Procedure for Run Selection Those drivers who submit a letter of intent, but do not indicate a designee for selection in advance, will be assigned runs and buses after the bidding has been completed. Those drivers who fail to attend the posted bidding date and to send a letter of intent, will be subject to termination.
