Consequences of Assignment. (a) Any permitted assignee shall assume all obligations of its assignor under this Agreement. (b) No assignment shall relieve either Party of responsibility for the performance of any accrued obligation which such Party then has hereunder. (c) In addition to any other rights and remedies available to the Parties under this Agreement (including under Section 17.3.4), at law or in equity, any assignment made in violation of this Article 20 shall be null and void.
