Consequences of Revocation under Section 41. (i) Where the Licence is revoked, the Licensor may, appoint any person to take over the management of the Licensee to ensure seamless cessation of operations. (ii) The Licensor may, for purposes of facilitating the exercise of powers by the person appointed in (i) above, authorise continuation of operations of the licensee for a specified period of time on such terms and conditions as the Licensor may deem necessary for orderly closure of the business.
