Consequences of termination and dissolution. 12.1 After this agreement ends, any content shall be made available to the Customer by Sensus process management at the first request and only the provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, are intended to remain in force for a longer period, such as the provisions on confidentiality, intellectual property and liability, shall remain in force.
