Conservation of Utilities. The Contractor shall instruct Contractor employees in utilities conservation practices. The Contractor shall operate under conditions that preclude the waste of utilities. For example, the Contractor shall use lights only in areas where and at the time when work is actually being performed except in those areas where lighting is essential for purpose of safety and security.
