Conservation Program. Upon the request of the Reinsurer, the Ceding Company shall reasonably cooperate and work with the Reinsurer in good faith to develop and implement a conservation program with respect to the Reinsured Policies.

Conservation Program. IMPLEMENTATION‌ The PCA is primarily responsible for overall and day-to-day implementation of the Plan, including Plan conservation measures (Chapter 5), the Monitoring and Adaptive Management Plan (Chapter 7), and the Plan funding strategy (Chapter 9). The PCA will receive advice from a variety of sources, including the Wildlife Agencies, science advisors, and the public, and will take the advice into consideration to implement the Plan effectively and cost-efficiently. The Wildlife Agencies will have review and approval authority over certain aspects of implementation, such as Reserve System land acquisitions, restoration project designs, Reserve Management Plans, and substantial changes in the Monitoring and Adaptive Management Program. However, the PCA will ultimately decide how to implement the Plan and how to comply with the Permits, the Implementing Agreement and the HCP/NCCP.

  • Rehabilitation Program The company agrees to the implementation of an agreed worker’s compensation rehabilitation policy. The operation of this policy shall be reviewed on a regular basis. The parties commit to ensuring that the rehabilitation of injured workers is an accepted practice, and that suitable duties are provided when available. No employee will be terminated whilst on workers compensation during the first 12 months without prior consultation with the union.
