  • Terms of Waiver As an enrolled, Covered Guest, staying at an iTrip Franchisee property, under this plan, you will not be obligated to pay for Covered Damage (defined below) to real or personal property of the owner of the rental unit located within the rental unit occupied by the Covered Guest. When the Covered Guest purchases this plan, the property manager waives the right to charge the Covered Guest for Covered Damage to the unit as a result of your inadvertent acts or omissions during the duration of the Stay. Maximum limit of this waiver of liability is $1,475.00 aggregate per stay.

  • Attendance and Waiver of Notice Attendance by a Director at any meeting (in person, telephonically or by proxy) shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where a Director attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened. Neither the business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors need be specified in the notice or waiver of notice of such meeting.

  • TERMINATION FOR PUBLIC CONVENIENCE Enterprise Services, for public convenience, may terminate this Contract; Provided, however, that such termination for public convenience must, in Enterprise Services’ judgment, be in the best interest of the State of Washington; and Provided further, that such termination for public convenience shall only be effective upon sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice; and Provided further, that such termination for public convenience shall not relieve any Purchaser from payment for Services already ordered as of the effective date of such notice. Except as stated in this provision, in the event of such termination for public convenience, neither Enterprise Services nor any Purchaser shall have any obligation or liability to Contractor.
