Consideration for Assignment. In consideration for the assignment of the rights of Optron, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and US Nuclear to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under the SPA, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ had agreed to perform the respective duties and obligations of Optron, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and US Nuclear under the SPA.
